I går aftes premierede i går aftes med sin nye single Shake It Off fra toppen af Empire State Building, via en live chat fra Yahoo (link nederst). Samtidig fortalte hun, at hun har genoptaget samarbejdet med produceren Max Martin, som blandt andet stod for We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, 22 og I Knew You Were Trouble.

Shake It Off er første single fra det kommende album, som får titlen 1989 (billedet red.) og udkommer den 27. oktober. Albummet kan allerede forudbestilles på iTunes.
